Rhonda Kay Grusecki was born March 22, 1967 in Lincoln, NE. She grew up in Emmetsburg, attending school at Emmetsburg Catholic School, then Emmetsburg High School. Rhonda lived in Jacksonville, FL for a short time before settling in the Phoenix, AZ area. Always the social butterfly, Rhonda quickly became everyone’s favorite bartender. Rhonda lived life to the absolute fullest, never meeting a stranger who didn’t immediately become a friend. Rhonda entered her heavenly home on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. She leaves behind a husband, Richard Grusecki and his son, Travis. Her parents Jim and Helen Carrigan. Siblings Clyde (Lisa) Lemley Jr, Debra Blake, Wayne (Amy) Lemley, Jeff (Brenda) Schmidt, Julie Carrigan, Pam (Mark) Meyer, Scott Carrigan, Don (Cari) Lemley, Ken (Pam) Carrigan, Kim Carrigan, Gary Carrigan, Tina Davis, Jamie (Andy) Swift, and Jim “Duner” Carrigan Jr, along with many, many nieces and nephews that she loved to spoil. Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Howard and Emaline Jergens and Thomas and Eva Carrigan, and her favorite brother in law, Jeff Davis.
A gathering will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. with a time of sharing beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W Thunderbird Rd, Peoria AZ 85381.
