Dylan Frink, age 32 of Buffalo Center, passed away May 28, 2026 in Algona. Private family services will be held on Thursday June 4th. There will be a visitation from 9:30 – 10:30 am on Thursday June 4th at Martin-Mattice Funeral Home in Emmetsburg. 

Dylan Matthew Frink, the son of Rebecca (Cornelius) Niederkofler and Chris Frink, was born on September 26, 1993 in Emmetsburg, Iowa.  He attended Sentral school of Fenton and Algona schools. Dylan later took automotive classes at Iowa Lakes Community College in Algona. He had worked in produce at HyVee in Algona, Thompson drainage and tiling, FCA packaging in Algona and Larson’s Construction.

Dylan was very artistic and enjoyed drawing, listening to music and riding ATV’s. He would call his grandmother Connie every morning and have coffee. Dylan loved his family and enjoyed helping them. He felt like a Dad to his sister and her children and cherished his time with them.

Left to cherish Dylan’s memory is his mother, Rebecca (Joe) Niederkofler of Forest City; his father, Chris (Ginger) Frink of Burt; sister, Kayla (Khayman Reyna) Frink of Algona; brother, Cullen Frink of Burt; several half siblings; grandmother, Connie Cornelius of Emmetsburg; nieces and nephews, Aaliyah Lawson, Saylam Reyna, Adaline Reyna, Kian Reyna and Averie Frink; uncles, Lee and Marcus Marshall; aunts Angela Cornelius and Brenda (John) Christensen; cousins, Katelyn and Jordan Christensen; and many other cousins and family members. He was preceded in death by his brother, Christian Fisher; grandparents; Gregory Cornelius, Edwin Frink, and Margret Frink; and great grandparents, Nina and Stan Jurries and Esther Gappa.
