“I was really proud of the way our girls played down in Kingsley,”?noted GT/RA?Girls Golf Coach John Fulton. “We ended our season with what was probably our best round overall as a team.”
Fulton continued, “the improvement shown by our girls over the year has impressed me and they should be proud of their accomplishments. We lose two seniors, Sarah Alexander and Sara Harris. I?know Sara Harris was disappointed about not making it back down to state, she was three strokes shy of qualifying as an individual, but she has had an excellent career at GT/RA, plus being a state qualifier last year, along with multiple All-Conference and All District Awards. We will miss her on the team, not just for her scores, but for her leadership qualities and her work ethic.”
