Lady E-Hawks Compete At Okoboji Relays
MILFORD – Emmetsburg’s Lady E-Hawks worked on improvement of times at Monday’s Okoboji Relays in Milford. A pair of third place finishes would highlight Emmetsburg’s day.
Hadley Egland would place third in the 100 meter hurdles with her time of :17.51, while the Distance Medley relay would finish with a time of 4:43.82, good for third place honors.
Britni Will earned a fourth place finish in the discus competition, throwing the platter 93’10”, while Rachel Ruddy would finish fourth in the long jump, coming away with a leap of 14’5″.
Emmetsburg’s 4×200 relay would finish fourth with a time of 1:55.95, while the Shuttle Hurdle Relay finished fourth as well with a 1:16.68 clocking.
Finishing in fifth place was the 4×100 relay with a time of :55.12, while the Sprint Medley Relay also finished fifth in a time of 2:03.81.
The 4×400 relay would earn a sixth place finish with its’ time of 4:43.11 to round out the relay finishes.
Emmetsburg’s Rachel Ruddy would finish seventh in the 200 meter dash with a time of :31.85 and Taylor Reimer finished the 800 meter run in a time of 2:43.76.
The Lady E-Hawks will return to action on Friday, April 27, when they compete in Spencer.
