Raiders End Season With Loss

RUTHVEN – A defensive struggle on Friday night led to the end of the season for the Ruthven-Ayrshire Raiders as they fell by a 16-8 tally to Harris-Lake Park. The Raiders end the season with a mark of 2-5 in district play and 3-6 overall.

The Knights would score off a safety in the first half, and then got a touchdown run from Kyle Toillion for their scoring in the contest. Toillion would gain 38 yards in the contest off 14 carries, while Trevin Enderson had 20 yards on 12 carries.

Defensively, Grant Rehan had 16 tackles and Colton Bakken made 11 stops, while Carter Williamson added 10 tackles to the effort.

Six Raiders played their final games as seniors, including Colton Bakken, Trevin Enderson, Jacob Evans, Brandon Smith, Brecken Stukey and Michael Sundall.
