“Pink Out” Promotion Meets First Goal
The first goal for the May 24 Emmetsburg High School Softball Team’s “Pink Out” night has been surpassed.

The “Pink Out” night is being held as a fundraiser for the Palo Alto County Chapter of the American Cancer Society.
As part of the fundraiser, the Lady E-Hawks will host Garner-Hayfield in a junior-varsity/varsity doubleheader on Monday, May 24 at the Emmetsburg Softball diamond.
During the game, there will be honorary team captains for the event.
Those who have consented to take part in the event include Debbie Walsh, Ava Swift, Rene Minnehand and Joe Glaser.
The games will start at 5:30 p.m. Monday, May 24, at the high school softball diamond..
Everyone is invited to turn out in your Pink Out attire to fill the stands and help in the fight against cancer.
