Raiders Run Afoul Of Armstrong-Ringsted
RUTHVEN – Going into Friday night’s contest with Armstrong-Ringsted, the Raiders of Ruthven-Ayrshire knew they’d have a challenge ahead of them to slow down the high-powered Mustang offense. The loss drops Ruthven-Ayrshire to a 2-3 mark in Eight-Man District Two and 3-4 overall on the season.
The Raiders found it tough to get their offense going against the Mustang defense, and when the Mustangs were on offense, the Raiders faced a difficult task at best to try and stop quarterback Spencer Clausen and running back Tyler Tonderum.
