Ryan Sikora went three for three with a double and scored four runs and drove in four runs. Carl Jensen went two of three with a pair of RBI’s, while Trevin Enderson went two of four with a pair of RBI’s and a run scored.

Kyle Toillion and Damon Morris both added doubles to the offensive attack for the Raiders in the contest.

“It was a great overall team effort,” noted Ruthven-Ayrshire Head coach Trenton Keefer. “Carl threw strikes and the defense backed him up. We did a great job at the plate; we were aggressive and swung when Aurelia’s pitchers put the ball in the zone. It was a great way to start our 2009 baseball season.”
