“It was nice for the girls to be able to watch A-R and WCLT play a few games,” noted G/T Head Coach Teresa Alesch. “Transitioning was key for us and with strong communication everything followed. Our defense was top notch. It’s taken a while for the girls to understand the importance of strong approaches and using different hits and I was happy to see our front line place the ball with a little more strategy.”

Alesch continued, “The girls seemed proud of their own efforts and we will be working hard to carry it into the next two weeks. Everyone played hard and well – I couldn’t ask for more.”
