R-A Raiders Defeat C-W-L Panthers

RUTHVEN- Ruthven-Ayrshire’s Raiders ran away from Corwith-Wesley-LuVerne on Friday in a 91-47 decision.

“The Raiders got off to a very fast start by playing excellent defense, and running their transition game,” noted Head Coach Randy Hough. “Once again, we enjoyed very balanced scoring.”

Balanced scoring was the rule of the night, as Ruthven-Ayrshire had five players in double figures. Andy Rowlands and Tyler Enderson both scored 19 points, while Brad Geelan added 13 points. Ryan Sikora and Carl Jensen both scored 10 points each and Cody Zielstra added seven points. Al Japenga came away with five points for the Raiders, while Ryan Hoffman added four points. Shawn Molitor and Kyle Simington rounded out the scoring for the Raiders with two points each.
