To the Editor:

I’ve mentioned a farmer in Bismarck, ND, before. That farmer, Gabe Brown, in the last 20 years has increased the number of cattle on his farm four times. His corn yielding 20-30 more bushel than the county average.

I hear of a field that has been cultivated this year as the weeds have become tolerant to chemicals.

Gabe doesn’t own a cultivator and he doesn’t use chemicals.
