To the Editor:

At the March 14 public meeting on street assessments in the high school auditorium, Councilwoman Pelzer gave her personal definition of the word “fair”.

I would like to respectfully suggest that in her capacity as a city official, her definition of “fair” should be “equal treatment under the law”.
