Kristin Campbell Hogan
RUTHVEN — Family service for Kristin Campbell Hogan is Tuesday, April 22, at the Martin-Mattice Funeral Home in Ruthven. The Rev. Msgr. Michael Sernett will officiate.
Kristin died Friday, April 18, 2008.
Kristin Campbell Hogan was born April 6, 1966, in Minneapolis, MN, the daughter of Carol and Colin Campbell. She received her education in Greeley, CO, graduating from Greeley Central High in 1984. She attended the University of Northern Colorado before joining the U.S. Air Force in 1986. She spent her entire tour of duty in the Philippines.
In 1990, Kris moved to Honolulu, Hawaii, then returned to Greeley, CO, to work at the North Colorado Medical Center.
In 1992, Kris moved to California to be with her future husband, Phil Hogan. In 1996 she became employed with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. She returned to Ruthven in 2007.
Survivors include her parents, Colin and Carol Campbell of Ruthven; sister Amy (Sam) Schlotman and their daughters Madeline and Emily of Phoenix, AZ; her brother, Clay Campbell and special friend Sara Gerke of Anthon.
Kris was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jarvis and Verna Campbell and Clair and Frances Walsh.
