By Staff | Apr 17, 2018

THE?BLIZZARD?OF?2018 - The weather deteriorated rapidly on Saturday as winds gusting as high as 50 miles an hour were joined by wet snowfall to bring near white-out conditions to Palo Alto County and the surrounding area. Plows were pulled from streets and roadways as the visibilty decreased and snow continued through the day. By the time the snow ended on Sunday afternoon, snowfall totals in the county ranged from nearly 20 inches near Graettinger to just under 10 inches in the Rodman and West Bend areas. -- Dan Voigt photo
