STEM is the acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. These disciplines are vital for thriving in the 21st century whether managing STEM-based decisions of daily life or pursuing STEM careers.
In today’s complex world teachers, students, parents and communities need to understand how the STEM fields are the basis for innovative problem-solving and discovery which are best acquired through exploratory learning and active student engagement.
