Rick Jones Named Senior VP-Business At Iowa Trust Bank

Rick Jones has been appointed Senior Vice President – Business Banking of Iowa Trust & Savings Bank.

“Rick’s experience and leadership has been essential in our efforts to meet the needs of our loan customers,” commented Kris Ausborn, President and CEO of Iowa Trust & Savings Bank. “Rick exemplifies our mission of striving to provide the best financial solutions for our customers.”

Jones joined Iowa Trust in 1996 and has 30 years of banking experience. In the community, Rick serves as President of Emmetsburg Chamber of Commerce, he is a director of the Five Island Lake Board and Emmetsburg Educational Foundation. Jones also provides color commentary for E-Hawk football radio broadcasts.

“Rick’s new duties will include focusing primarily on agricultural and commercial banking customers as well as business development in our Emmetsburg and Laurens markets,” said Ausborn. “Matt Mueller will now provide most of the personal installment loan services to our customers. I’m confident that our customers will enjoy the benefits of these changes.”

Jones’ new position will take him out of the Emmetsburg location as he focuses on agricultural and commercial lending.

“My new duties will also include promoting additional lines of business for Iowa Trust, in addition to working with existing services,” said Jones. “In the past I have worked with many of our customers, providing personal loans. Matt Mueller will work with our customers in that capacity. We have an enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff that provides great service to our customers.”

Rick Jones and his wife, Linda, have three children. Carrie lives in Denver, CO, and Jeff and Brooke are in Des Moines.
