Green Eggs &?Ham

By Staff | Mar 5, 2009

The birthday of children’s author and cartoonist Dr. Seuss was celebrated Monday, Mar. 2, by students in Mrs. Jensen’s and Mrs. Shimon’s classroom at Emmetsburg West Elementary. The youngsters took turns cracking eggs, cutting up pieces of ham, and combining it all to make a meal that Dr. Seuss would approve of—green eggs and ham!
