Residents will ofer suggestions about future uses for the former golf club house, in addition to the types of programming they would like to have available to them at the site on a year-round basis.
Mark Reinig, Economic Development Program Manager, will also attend the meeting. His involvement with Emmetsburg stems from a study completed a year ago, “Evaluating the Industrial Occupational Foundations of the Iowa Lakes Region,” which included Palo Alto County and Emmetsburg.
The Storm Steering Committee was asked to organize this community planning session.
“We want everyone to come to this planning meeting,” said Kathy Merrill, steering committee chair. “This is your opportunity to share your ideas.”
