Terril Man Charged Following Investigation
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office has filed charges against a Terril man as the result of an investigation into an incident in Graettinger back on July 18.
According to Palo Alto County Sheriff Dennis Goeders, the completion of an investigation into an incident of criminal mischief at the Veterans Memorial Park in Graettinger on July 18 resulted in the arrest of 19-year old Joshua Douglas Link of Terril on charges of Aiding and Abetting Fourth Degree Criminal Mischief, a Serious Misdemeanor.
Joshua Noris Shryock, 18, was arrested by the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office back on July 26 on two charges in connection with the incident. At that time, Shryock was arrested on charges of Reckless Use of Fire or Explosives, a Serious Misdemeanor, and Obstructing Prosecution, an Aggravated Misdemeanor, in connection with the incident. In the meantime, the investigation into the incident continued, and culminated with the arrest of Link on Friday, August 22.
Following his arrest, Joshua Douglas Link was issued a citation on the charge and was released on his promise to appear in court at a later date to answer the charges against him.
