Absentee Ballots Now Available

School elections will be held Tuesday, Sept. 9. Absentee ballots for those who will be absent on election day are available at the Palo Alto County Auditor’s Office.

Absentee ballots are available to persons who are disabled or those who will be absent on election day. Vote absentee at the Palo Alto County Auditor’s Office or reqeust an absentee ballot through the mail. Requests by mail must be on the official Absentee Ballot Request Form, which is also available at the County Auditor’s Office.

Voters can also cast absentee ballots from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on election day, Sept. 9. The Auditor’s Office is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The last day to register to vote in the school election is Friday, Aug. 29.

The polls will be open Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 12 noon to 8 p.m.

Graettinger Community School District residents vote at the Graettinger Public Library

Ruthven-Ayrshire Community School District residents vote at the Ruthven Social Center.

West Bend-Mallard Community School District residents vote at West Bend Public Library and the Mallard Community Center.
