Advice to Underclass: Ask a teacher about questions you have on homework and don’t ask at the last minute

Future Plans: My future plans would be going to Iowa Lakes for two years and figuring it out from there

Hobbies/ Activities: Cross Country, Track, FFA, 4-H, vocal, piano, National Honor Society, Speech

Being a Senior Means: Making important decisions that will impact the rest of our lives, and appreciating all of our “last” experiences.

Describe a High School event that should be placed in the video yearbook. My freshman year, when both the girls and boys cross country teams made it to state for the first time ever. You could literally feel the excitement radiating from everyone and it was such an honor to be a part of such a great group of people.

What would be one memory from high school that you would include in a time capsule? Senior year homecoming week. It was the most fun I have ever had during homecoming because we all knew that it would be our last one.

What is one thing you learned from a teacher that you will never forget? “There is no crying in track.” –Mrs. Strube

Greatest Accomplishment: Becoming a captain of the cross country team and going to state.

Advice to Underclass: Be active throughout high school, learning how to manage your time is a great skill to have. Even though you may be super stressed, it’s all worth it in the end. Enjoy every moment because these four years go by really really fast.

Future Plans: I am planning on attending Simpson College in the fall and plan on pursuing a degree in history.

Being a Senior Means: Getting involved by doing sports or attending school events to cheer on your classmates. Spending and enjoying time with your classmates during your last year together.

What would be one memory from high school that you would include in a time capsule? High school football games or playing in basketball games.

What is one thing you learned from a teacher that you will never forget? Put the brown thing in the round thing, thats all you have to do- Ted Riley

Greatest Accomplishment: Playing varsity basketball, going to state for cross country.

Advice to Underclass: Cherish every moment and enjoy high school while you can.

Future Plans: Going to college at ISU and finding out what I want to do from there.

What would be one memory from high school that you would include in a time capsule? When Jeremiah gave me a ride out to my house and the cows were out so he had to help my dad put them in.

What is one thing you learned from a teacher that you will never forget?

The Spanish conjugations in the preterite tense

Greatest Accomplishment: Getting all the way to Lake Mills driving on my school permit at 2 AM.

Advice to Underclass: Don’t drive two hours away in the middle of the night on a school permit.

Hobbies/ Activities: I have been involved in FFA, 4-H, Student Council, High School Rodeo, Football and Basketball Cheerleading.

Being a Senior Means: Being a Senior means that my times in high school are almost over, and to make the best of this year.

Describe a High School event that should be placed in the video yearbook. A high school event that should be placed in the video yearbook should be National FFA Convention, because many memories and laughs will last forever.

What would be one memory from high school that you would include in a time capsule? One memory from high school that I would include in a time capsule would be State FFA Convention.

What is one thing you learned from a teacher that you will never forget? “Perry went to Japan” – Mrs. Strube

Greatest Accomplishment: My greatest accomplishment is being elected as the Emmetsburg FFA President.

dvice to Underclass: Don’t take High School for granted, it goes by way too fast.

Future Plans: My future plans are to attend Iowa Lakes for 2 years, and then transfer to Iowa State to major in Agriculture Education.
