Emmetsburg Catholic Preschool & Kindergarten Round-Up Supper
Emmetsburg Catholic School will be holding our 7th Annual Preschool & Kindergarten Round-Up Supper for the 2018-19 school year. It is Sunday, March 4th from 4:00-6:30 PM. Registration runs from 3:45-3:55 and we will promptly start at 4:00. Child care, dinner, and door prizes will be provided during the event.
The 4-year-old Preschool runs 4 days a week Tuesday-Friday 8 am-3 pm. There is no tuition charge for the 4-year-old preschool at this time.
The 3-year-old Little Irish Preschool runs 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8 am-noon. The maximum capacity for the 3-year-old preschool is 16 students. There is a tuition fee for the 3-year-old preschool, however tuition assistance applications are available.
Those wishing to register for either preschool or kindergarten will need to complete the registration form and return to the school office with registration fees. Registrations will be date stamped and will be accepted accordingly.
We encourage all families in our communities with children eligible for either preschool or kindergarten during the 2018-19 school year to attend. Being Catholic is not required, 23% of ECS students are not Catholic. These families report they chose ECS for the importance of a faith based education and loving atmosphere. This is an opportunity to have fun, meet other families with children the same ages and find out more about what Emmetsburg Catholic School has to offer your child, with no obligation.
The preschoolers will kick off the event at Corrigan Hall in Emmetsburg with an exciting performance and then will join our volunteers for activities and a pizza party. The parents will begin first with an interactive tour, kindergarten parents will attend Kindergarten Round-Up parent meeting and then we will meet back together at the Parish Center to close the evening with dinner and door prizes.
“All the ECS teachers will be present at this event helping to highlight some unknown facts and new information during the interactive tour,” noted Mrs. Hyslop. “Our teachers are committed to our students and encourage you to seek answers to any questions you may have. Past families attending have been pleasantly surprised by how affordable tuition is for the return they receive in their child’s education.”
One purpose of this event is to provide parents with the information necessary to make an educated decision on what ECS would provide for their child. To make it easier for families to attend child care is provided during this event which is fun for the kids too.
This is a great way to have some fun, enjoy a meal and talk with other current and prospective families!
