Residential Clean Up Week June 6-10

$15 permit required – Purchase in advance of pick up day – No Refunds

Display permit facing normal garbage pick up area

Pickup day corresponds with normal solid waste pick up day

This is the only day extra garbage will be picked up – No Return Trips

Place at curbside no earlier than two days before scheduled pick up day


Place all waste in bags or disposable containers

Furniture must be small enough to fit in solid waste packer

Tires and White Appliances require extra tags: car tire, no rim $5;

pickup truck tire, no rim $7;

microwave $12;

dehumidifier, white appliance, each $22


No leaves, tree limbs, grass clippings or yard waste

No recyclables or brown goods (computers, televisions, electronics)

No hazardous waste or toxic chemicals (paint, household cleaners, batteries, etc.)

No building demolition or construction materials (siding, plaster, lumber, carpet)

Rummaging through or removing items placed out for pick up should be done neatly.

The city reserves the right to reject any items placed out for collection.

Items must originate from the residence where they are picked up

Residents cannot combine or share a tag with anyone else

To make “Spring Clean Up 2016”?a successful community-wide program,

everyone must cooperate and follow these simple guidelines.
