Matt Chase and Cortnie Gardner of Emmetsburg, welcome a baby boy, Scott Michael Chase, born on Jan. 20, 2011, at Palo Alto County Hospital in Emmetsburg. He weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20 inches long.

Scott is welcomed home by a brother, Gabriel Brian Chase.

Grandparents include: Brian and Barb Chase, Joni Chase and Clint, Tonie and Jim McKenna, and Chuck and Chris Gardner.
