Area Students Recognized at UNI

Palo Alto County area students have been named to the University of Northern Iowa's Fall Dean's?List.

Two students from Palo Alto County received their degrees from the University of Northern Iowa.

Undergraduate students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the College of Engineering, and the Tippie College of Business who achieve a grade point average of 3.50 or higher on 12 semesters hours or more of UI graded course work during a given semester or summer session and who have no semester hours of I?(incomplete) or O (no grade reported) during the same semester are recognized by inclusion on the Dean's List for that semester.

The following area students have been named to the UNI fall 2018 Dean's List: Natalie Ruiz, Emmetsburg; Tess Van Den Hurk-Moran, Emmetsburg; Emily Park, Graettinger; Joseph Sailor, Rolfe; Lee Sailor, Rolfe; Derek Metzger, West Bend; Hailey Schmidt, Whittemore; and Michael Van Oosbree, Whittemore.


The following area students also received a degree from UNI at the close of the fall 2018 semester: Justin Thornburg, Emmetsburg, received a BSN-Nursing Degree and Nicholas Chapman, Ruthven, received a BA-Enterprise Leadership Degree.
