Wind Turbine Emissions Harm Health

To The Editor:

Thank you residents for your ongoing requests for accurate health information on this very grievous matter of Industrial Wind Turbines harm to health.

Can Infra-sound wave be stopped? No way has been found for homes to mitigate infra-sound penetration by barriers from acoustical trespassing. Wind does not stay on the property line thus, robbing non-participating residents of health. Eventually, the only relief is home abandonment.

Who will be adversely affected? All people will be exposed to Infrasound/Low Frequency Noise Pollution and other emissions from Industrial Wind turbines; residents, workers, tourists, and innocent sensitive passerby; such as those with Meniere's disease, tinnitus, vertigo, hearing inner ear/balance issues especially will be affected. The body internal PC02 reflex automatically reacts.

What tests can be done? Exposed persons can request a PCO2 Respiratory Drive test, although it is not a common test. Some neurologists do perform them. Other tests such as an echo cardiogram or ultra-sound of the heart are also beneficial. A pathologist, MD or skilled technician can evaluate damage to health through non-invasive methods. Other options are brain MRI and Bronchoscopy.

Is this political? No. This is not a political issue. It does not matter if you are Republican, Democrat, Independent, or Green Party. It matters only if you are in the emission wave. Denial of disease does no good as internally the body PCO2 reflex reacts. Sickening youth is tragic. Medical tests on a 10 year old child exhibited mitral valve leaflet thickening and pericardial thickening.

Quite unjust that turbine's impose this horrific health hazard on non-participating neighbors. Low Frequency Noise (LFN) -contaminated homes are a significant public health concern, and substantial health deterioration can be observed in humans and animals dwelling without respite in LFN-rich environments. Data are sufficient to warrant precautionary principle and not place them in close proximity.
