Nolan John Joyce entered the world at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at Palo Alto County Hospital in Emmetsburg. He weighed 9 pounds, 1 1/2 ounces and measured 21 inches long. Jeffrey and Sandra Joyce of Emmetsburg are baby Nolan's parents.
Welcoming Nolan home are his sisters, Josephine and Anastasia Joyce.
