Emmetsburg's E-Hawk wrestlers claimed a pair of non-conference duals on Thursday night and then wrestled on Saturday in Lake Mills Dual Tournament to improve their season record to 13-4 after the seven dual week of action.
Thursday evening the E-Hawks hosted the Titans of South Central Calhoun and the Cougars of Manson Northwest Webster and swept the duals.
Against South Central Calhoun, Emmetsburg won by a 51-35 tally.

Starting at 285 pounds, Tanner Dahm was pinned in 2:51by Aaron King, but at 106, Dillon VanOosbree earned a 7-7 tie with Jordan Payne and then scored a takedown and pin in the sudden victory overtime to win in a 7:00 fall.
At 113, Brett Steinkamp earned a :48 win by fall over Colin Corey and Jake Miller pinned Landon Makinson in 1:28 at 120 pounds. Nick Merwald lost a 21-6 Technical fall in 5:50 to Chase Goodwin at 126 pounds and at 132, Chance Saathoff was pinned in :52 by Logan Peed.
Chris VanHeuvelen would be pinned in 1:28 of his 138 pound match with Trey Eddy, but at 145, Caige Elbert earned a 3:55 win by fall over Ty Ridley. Joe Schmidt would be pinned in :49 of the 152 pound match with Zayne Berrett, and at 160, Wes Brennan was pinned in :36.
Nick Schany received a forfeit win at 170 and at 182, Andrew Wellik pinned Ryland Richardson in :27. Austin McCartan pinned Nolan Mackovec in :49 at 195 and at 220, Tayler Wegner pinned Zeb McCubban in :40 for the 51-35 final.
Against Manson Northwest Webster, the E_Hawks opened with Dillon VanOosbree earning a 4:50 win by fall over Chase Bulten at 106 and a 1:36 win by fall for Brett Steinkamp over Dylan Samuelson in the 113 pound match.
At 120, Jake Miller was pinned in 1:36 by Harley Janssen, but Nick Merwald earned a 3:42 win by fall over Jordan Rosenboom at 126.
Chance Saathoff was pinned in :46 by Westley Aden at 143 and Caige Elbert was pinned in 5:51 by Cody Blair in action at 138. At 145, Chris VanHeuvelen was pinned in :#4 by Payton Rice and at 152, Joe Schmidt was pinned in 1:16 by Connor Alne.
Emmetsburg forfeited at 160 and received a forfeit win at 170 for Wes Brennan. At 182, Nick Schany earned a 12-3 Major Decision win over Nathan Krueger and at 195, Andrew Wellik pinned Tanner Peterson in :45. Austin McCartan scored ?:45 win by fall over Bryce Birkey in action at 220 pounds to make the score 40-36 for the E-Hawks.
In the 285 pound match, Tayler Wegner would come out and despite giving up 60 pounds, earned a 1:37 win by fall over Tim Butcher to give the E-Hawks the 46-36 win.

Emmetsburg made the long road trip to Lake Mills on Saturday to wrestle in a six-team dual tournament.
In the first dual, Emmetsburg wrestled West Hancock and earned a 54-18 victory over the Eagles.
