LEMARS - Emmetsburg's Lady E-Hawks lost a 3-0 Lakes Conference match to LeMars on Thursday night, Sept. 20. Game scores were 15-25, 16-25 and 16-25.
On Thursday, Miranda Vlasman led the Emmetsburg effort with nine of nine serves, 10 of 12 hits with two kills, four digs and a pair of assists. Whitney Kibbie would add eight of eight serves and 11 of 18 hits with four kills. Kibbie added three digs and three assists to the effort. Ashton Connelly would come away with eight of eight serves, along with eight of 10 hits and a pair of kills as well as an assisted block and two digs.
Alexa Naig came up with six of six serves, 10 of 12 hits and four kills, as well as digging out three shots and handing out seven assists.
Michaela Rehm would have a strong match with 12 of 13 serves and a pair of ace serves, as well as digging out nine shots and handing out two assists to her teammates.
Jacque Carlson would come away with four of four serves and five of nine hits with a kill, as well as assisting on one block and digging out three shots.
Devyn White added two of two hits with a kill and dug out one shot, while Britni Will added one hit for a kill, two digs and an assist.
Emmetsburg hosts Estherville Lincoln Central tonight (Tuesday) and then plays Saturday, Sept .29, in the Estherville Lincoln Central Invitational Tournament at 9 a.m.
