Changing Of The Guard At Emmetsburg City Hall

IN RECOGNITION -- Mayor John Schad and Council Representative At-Large Sandy Pelzer were honored at a coffee Friday and thanked for their years of service. Each had served a four-year term. John and Sandy were presented framed clocks and with resolutions commending them for their years of service to the City of Emmetsburg.
