A pair of Emmetsburg Lady E-Hawks were accorded post-season honors on the 2011 Lakes Conference All-Conference Volleyball Teams following balloting by the league coaches at the conclusion of the season. Senior players Paige Naig and Jayme Penrod were named to the Lakes Conference Second Team and Honorable Mention squad, respectively, for their play during the season for Coach Andrea Accola-Sabin and the Emmetsburg Lady E-Hawks.
Naig, the Lady E-Hawks' Middle Hitter, led Emmetsburg during the season with 485 attack attempts and 148 kills, an efficiency of .179. At the serving line, Naig attempted 192 serves and completed 179 with 18 aces for a serving efficiency of .932. Defensively, the senior dished out five assists and came away with 120 digs during the season. She assisted on 18 blocks and made five solo blocks for the Lady E-Hawks.
Teammate Jayme Penrod began the season as a libero player and ended the season in the regular rotation as an outside hitter. Penrod would amass 209 attack attempts and connected on 40 for an efficiency of .043. At the serving line, Penrod attempted 236 serves and successfully completed 228 with 26 ace serves, a service efficiency of .966. Defensively, Penrod handed out three assists while digging out 245 shots and assisted on three blocks during the season.
