Jennifer Janssen and Shane Allen of Emmetsburg are parents of a baby boy, Karson Jay Allen, born September 6, 2011, at Palo Alto County Hospital in Emmetsburg. He weighed 7 pounds, 7.5 ounces and measured 20 inches long.
Karson joins a big brother, Cole.
