Emmetsburg swimmers competing with the Algona/Emmetsburg/Estherville Lincoln Central high school swim team opened their season Tuesday, August 30.
In their season opening outing, Emmetsburg's Hannah Priest set a new team record in the 100-yard breastroke with a second place finish.
The 200 Freestyle Relay, which includes Alyssa Williams, Maddie Stubbs and Hanna Priest, earned a second place finish.
Hannah Priest also earned a third place finish in the 50 meter Freestyle and Alyssa Williams would come up with a third place finish in the 100 meter Butterfly event.
