THE ANNUAL SCANDINAVIAN TEA is a much looked-forward to part of the Christmas season in Emmetsburg. Members of Bethany Lutheran Church organized the fundraiser, preparing all manner of tasty Scandinavian treats and serving them up with traditional flair on Wednesday afternoon in the church’s basement.
