A special reward fund has been created at the Iowa Trust and Savings Bank in Emmetsburg for those who wish to donate to the Veterans' Memorial Statue Vandalism Reward. Currently, the reward fund in well in excess of $700. Anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for this damage is asked to call the Emmetsburg Police Department at 712-852-2424
